Ayala Land is set to transform connectivity in Taguig with the development of the Arca South Transport Terminal, a key infrastructure project within its sprawling Arca South estate.
Slated for completion in late 2025, the terminal will provide much-needed accessibility for the growing community and improve transportation options for both residents and commuters in the area.
Aiming to alleviate the commuting challenges faced by office workers and residents, spanning two hectares along Arca Boulevard, the terminal will serve as a hub for various modes of public transport, including buses, jeepneys, AUVs (Asian Utility Vehicles), and tricycles.
The transport terminal is part of Ayala Land’s larger vision for Arca South, a master-planned estate designed to integrate residential, office, retail, and leisure spaces.
As the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange (TCITX) is still under development, this new facility will serve as a vital interim solution for the area’s transportation needs, enhancing accessibility to both the estate and surrounding districts.
Beyond transportation, the terminal will offer a range of amenities for commuters, including well-maintained restrooms, facilities for persons with disabilities (PWDs), and a dedicated lactation room for breastfeeding mothers. Retail spaces, such as food kiosks, will also be available, providing added convenience for passengers.
With its mix of transportation options and community-oriented amenities, the Arca South Transport Terminal will not only improve daily commutes but also solidify the area as a well-connected and sustainable urban destination, poised to revolutionize Taguig’s mobility and quality of life.
