The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) made an announcement last April that they are continuing to process license applications for contractors, clients, and shareholders amid current circumstances through online means. Previously, this meant having applicants convert the necessary documents into PDF files and emailing them directly to PCAB. As of June 2, 2020, the association has made things easier for everyone with the launch of their online renewal portal.
Access the site via pcabgovph.com. Please note that everyone who has submitted to PCAB before the portal’s launch (via email or regular mail) is not required to resubmit using this system.

Alongside the portal’s launch, PCAB also released an instructional video on the process, from creating an account to filling up seven of the nine required forms. The website has also added details for some of the more complicated parts, such as payment options and affidavit requirements.
Once submitted, wait for an email from PCAB regarding the results of your application. They will tell you where to download and print your license. You can read more about it on their Facebook page as well.
