LOOK: Holcim talks regrowth and hope in its latest campaign, Tayo na Tayo Pilipinas!

As the Philippines continues to experience the ripple effect from the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the economy, Filipinos continue to rise after the pandemic, better and stronger.

Holcim Philippines, Inc. recently released a video on their official Facebook page as part of their #TibayAtTatag campaign, urging the people to get back up on their feet. The video is 31 seconds long, with scenes of the construction industry picking up where they left off.

In their latest press release, the company highlighted the importance of the construction industry in bringing back the country’s path of development towards a stronger economy.

“The campaign reminds our fellow Filipinos that we can recover from our challenges and rebuild to become more resilient. ‘Tayo na Tayo’ also emphasizes that our stakeholders can count on Holcim Philippines to continue to be a trusted partner in building progress in the Philippines”, said Holcim Philippines Senior Vice President and Head of Sales.

With the government’s promise of a more resilient economy by way of greater investments in infrastructure development, Holcim Philippines’ campaign fits perfectly in highlighting the importance of the construction industry’s role in helping the country get back on its feet.

In addition, other organizations view this opportunity as a way to reintroduce and integrate sustainability by modifying infrastructures and cities to require fewer materials for a lower environmental impact whilst maintaining the same level of safety.

In connection to this, Holcim launched a Tayo na Tayo Share Your Story Promo, where people can share their stories of resiliency in this time of the pandemic. Here’s the list of winners, and their stories:

  1. Para kanino ka magiging matatag?

“Lahat tayo natatakot walang kasiguraduhan.

– Ruth Villamayor

Let’s all be inspired by these stories and with Holcim, “Tayo na Tayo!”
